How to use
Remove the seal and apply to the skin with fingers, a brush or a sponge. Avoid contact with the eyes. For a stronger result, layer once dry. Then charge with a light source (sun, lamp, or UV/blacklight for an instant effect): the longer the charge, the stronger the glow.
It reacts instantly under UV for a bright neon finish, then glows in the dark once charged. After use, simply clean with soap and water. For the best result: apply thickly and use in full darkness.
