Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, on information technology, data files and civil liberties.

Data collected, purposes and legal bases:

  • Order data (first name, surname, delivery and billing addresses, telephone, email) – order management, deliveries and customer service: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Billing data – retention of accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Enquiries via the contact form – replying to your questions: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Newsletter and marketing – consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Browsing data (IP address, referring URL, internet service provider) – site security and traffic measurement: legitimate interest, or consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary.

Retention periods:

  • Customer data and order history: 3 years from the last contact, for marketing purposes.
  • Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
  • Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Recipients: your data is disclosed only to the processors required to deliver the service (carriers, payment provider, host, email solution), acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality. No personal data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. In the event of the sale of the company, data could be transferred to the purchaser, who would be bound by the same obligations.

Transfers outside the European Union: where applicable, such transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the French Act of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
