What to know about each option
In France
FedEx — Express
This is our only option with a guaranteed lead time: if a delay is proven and attributable to FedEx, a refund of 50 % of the delivery charge can be requested by email. Last slot to be delivered before the weekend: Thursday 12:00.
DPD — Standard
Delivery to your door, signature required. The most economical option for fast home delivery.
Mondial Relay — Pick-up point
You're notified by email as your parcel progresses. Online tracking isn't always updated straight away: if you've heard nothing after a week, call your pick-up point directly — the parcel is often already there.
Kuehne+Nagel / Geodis — Pallet
Delivery by appointment. The carrier sometimes hands the pallet over to a local partner without always telling us, and the clock can then restart from zero. For a pallet, leave yourself room: at least 7 days between your order and the date you want it.
Across Europe
DHL Express / FedEx — Express
Our only express option in Europe for parcel shipments. Last slot to be delivered before the weekend: Thursday 12:00.
DPD / DHL Economy — Standard
Delivery to your door, signature required. The most economical option for fast home delivery.
Schenker export — Pallet
Our best solution for large orders over 100 kg delivered across Europe.
The advice we give everyone
The lead times shown are estimates, based on thousands of shipments. Transport remains subject to things we don't control: bad weather, strikes, peak periods, mis-sorting, incomplete addresses…
So when you have an event date, order a few days ahead. It gives us room to react if something goes wrong — and saves you the night-before stress.
